Refund Policy

Prepaid credit

Top-ups are credited to your balance and consumed per token. Because crypto payments are irreversible and credit is usable immediately, top-ups are generally non-refundable.

When we refund

• You were charged because of a technical error on our side (e.g. duplicate charge, usage billed for a failed request).
• A service outage prevented you from using credit you bought in the previous 7 days and you ask for a refund of the unused part.

Refunds are made in the same coin to an address you provide, minus network fees, or as balance credit if you prefer.

Wrong payments

Payments sent in the wrong coin, on the wrong network, or below the minimum may be lost and cannot always be recovered. Always copy the exact address and network shown on the invoice.

How to ask

Open a ticket with /support in the Telegram bot and include your transaction ID.
