Terms of Service

1. The service

Apixo provides access to third-party AI models through one API ("the Service"). You buy prepaid credit and it is consumed per token according to the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of each request.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your API keys and for all usage made with them. Keep keys secret and rotate them if you suspect they leaked. One trial per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain trial credit is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, to generate malware, to harass or harm others, to produce sexual content involving minors, to attempt to extract or disrupt the Service or the underlying providers, or to resell raw access without our written agreement. You must also respect the usage policies of the model providers.

4. Credit and prices

Credit is sold in USD and is not a bank deposit or e-money. Prices can change; changes never affect requests already completed. Credit does not expire while your account is active. Bonus, trial, promotional and referral credit has no cash value.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party providers and is provided "as is", without warranty. Models may be added, changed or removed.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or are involved in fraud or payment disputes.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
